My name is Joe Maidl. I am the Maintenance Technician here on the St John Vianney campus.

I live in Fairmont with my wife, Erin, who is an SJV alumni. Our children have also made the Fairmont area their home.  Our son, Joey and his wife, Ashly, along with our grandson, Jebidiah, live just outside of Fairmont. Our daughter, Ryann and her fiancé, Jon, and our soon to be granddaughter, Kyndall,  live in Fairmont also. We are very blessed to have family so close. My other passion is conservation and habitat and in-turn cultivating that passion in our local youth. I am able to do that by being the President of the Martin County Pheasants Forever Chapter.

I was with Old Dutch Foods for 25 years before coming to SJV. I started here in November of 2022, so I am still learning and looking forward to being with the SJV family for many years to come.
